Nommo RoboBee Whisper Drone |
Nommo Industry's RoboBee is a small ornithopter robot designed to attack pest animals, destroy weeds, and to pollinate flowers.
The RoboBee will by synched to a master computer that runs appropriate Task software and controls a swarm of RoboBees to act in a coordinated fashion.
Their usual method of killing pests is to grab the offending critter with the RoboBee's carboplast-tipped piercing legs and then chew it to death with super-sharp carboplast slicing pincers.
If attacking large or hard-bodied opponents, the disruptor screens augmenting its legs and jaws can be activated (this is assumed in the listed attack stats).
Once a RoboBee has grabbed on, assume that its Pen accumulates from round to round as it chews through armor or tissue (only roll once for the armor value and Pen limit against the attack, and apply the accumulated Pen against this roll. Against much larger opponents (like all PCs), they can find the weakest points on the armor to attack, and they can take meandering paths once burrowed into the body allowing them to ignore Pen limit rolls). If a whole swarm is attacking, roll once for damage from the swarm, and increase Wound by ½ Score of [number attacking].

Carmen Robotic's SG Field King line are squat, crab-like robots that walk down field rows performing weeding, pest control, targeted fertilization, and harvesting work. They also monitor crops, diagnosing issues such as low (or exessive) water, disease or pest infestations, poor fertilization, and so on. When possible, they perform immediate care; otherwise they communicate the issue with a central coordinator which can send another bot to take care of the situation. During harvest time, they wear a basket on their back in which they place picked vegetables.
