Black Bears in GURPS

Black bears are widespread across North America. They are creatures of forests and woodlands. Contrary to their name, not all black bears are black - many are cinnamon, brown, honey gold, blond, dark chocolate, cream, or even white in color. These bears are agile climbers and often ascend trees. They forage in territories around their dens.

Black bears usually avoid conflict with humans, and when they do charge it is usually a bluff. When they do attack, however, their usual motivation is hunger so fighting back is your best bet to stay alive.
