Electric Rays in GURPS

Electric rays, or torpedos, are bottom dwelling rays capable of generating a massive electric jolt. They use these electric pulses to stun prey and ward off predators. They resemble a flatened, oval disk with a finned tail coming off one end. Torpedos spend much of their time resting camouflaged on on muddy or sandy substrates, mostly covered with only the eyes exposed. They detect prey under the sand with their electroreceptive sense, and will opportunistically stun prey that swims overhead. Because of their potent defense, these rays have little fear of predators.
