Panic Reflexes

Some creatures with the Panic Disadvantage are jumpy enough you get many of the effects of Comabt Reflexes: +1 to all active defenses (+2 under the Active Defense house rules), and a +6 on all IQ rolls to wake up. You must have some level of the Panic disadvantage to take this advantage, although even Panic at the quirk level applies. Panic Reflexes does not stack with Combat Reflexes, take only one or the other.
